Member Network’s Commitments To ISARIC
Welcome to ISARIC, dedicated to advancing research on epidemic-prone infectious diseases through a global federation of clinical research networks. Our member networks consist of clinical researchers with access to three or more clinical research sites specializing in epidemic-prone infectious diseases. By joining ISARIC, members can expect collaborative opportunities, access to resources, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on epidemic-prone infectious disease research. Together, we strive to strengthen our collective efforts in addressing these critical health challenges.
Upon joining, each Network is expected to have a Member Representative who will serve as the liaison between their respective member network and ISARIC. h
The ISARIC Global Support Centre (GSC) recognise that additional support roles might be in existence:
- A network coordinator, who will support the Member Representative with facilitating communications and collaborations among their network and ISARIC
- A designated Principal Investigator (PI) who oversees the overall conduct of the networks’ clinical research study/studies. This might be different to the Member Representative.
Each Network must nominate a Member Representative and may also nominate a Network Coordinator / PI, if appropriate.
